Royal Cup, a leading national coffee and tea distributor, needed a more efficient way for its Territory Managers (TMs) to manage customer service tasks in the field. Their outdated handheld systems were impacting repair timelines, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. We delivered a native mobile solution tightly integrated with SAP, enabling TMs to manage inventory, receive service orders, take payments, and work offline—anytime, anywhere.
