The Problem:
Leading Response faced the challenge of manual processing for Sales reps and Clients while configuring products and sending orders for approval. This process involved a lot of back-and-forth communication between representatives, customers, and NetSuite. It was also difficult to generate customized invoices with payment links after order processing was completed. Additionally, promotional processes for clients required intensive manual labor from sales reps or product owners. To solve this issue, Leading Response needed an automated solution that could handle the complexities of their lead generation process. With automation, they sought to increase productivity and efficiency while improving customer satisfaction for maximum business growth. By doing so, they could offer a more streamlined experience for their clients.

The Results:
Smart Data helped Leading Response integrate Conga Apttus CPQ, Conga Sign, Lightning Flows and Apex programming to create an automated solution that streamlined their lead generation process. This gave Sales reps a more intuitive user interface to configure their products and add-ons with pricing information in clear categories. They also utilized digital signature capture capabilities for clients to provide consent on Statements of Work (SOW). Once the SOW was approved, the automated solution pushed order details to NetSuite for processing. NetSuite then updated SOW with an Order Invoice link and a payment link via Lightning Data Service. This enabled clients to review their orders and pay for them quickly and easily by receiving an email with the relevant information. All of these steps allowed Leading Response to reduce manual work from Sales reps and Clients while increasing productivity and efficiency. By doing so, they were able to improve customer satisfaction and achieve their business growth goals.
