Front End Developer

Position Summary

The front-end developer will work on a variety of projects, primarily involved in website development.

This specific position will take a design in Photoshop or Illustrator and make it into a functional website with clean HTML5/CSS3/JS.

Qualifications /Experience

1. An energetic, flexible, and approachable work style
2. 6+ years front-end development experience at a marketing tech company, digital agency or client-side crea tive group
3. Extraordinary coding skills with an eye to building reusable code for future use
4. Proven experience in cross-browser optimization and creating responsive site templates
5. Fluent in HTML5, CSS3, Typescript, ES6, jQuery, JavaScript, Angular 2 (and above), Angular CLI, Bootstrap 3 (and above), Ionic, and Webpack
6. Designing and developing Web applications using Angular (preferably Angular2 with typescript and Angular CLI – we are currently on Angular6)
7. Should have experience with Development of Shared Modules in Angular2 or Higher
8. Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
9. Proficient with Git and Jira along with working in Agile Scrum environment
10. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, RxJs and AJAX
11. Expert knowledge of creative process working directly with UI/UX designers
12. Experience with test driven development
13. Proficient with JavaScript testing framework such as Jasmine, Karma, and Protractor
14. Experience consuming JSON-based RESTful APIs
15. Strong debugging skills using Chrome Dev Tools
16. BS in Computer Science or relative practical/technical experience
