Advanced SQL Development:  Abstraction and Re-usability

SQL is immensely powerful for anyone who wants to analyze data. It’s been the de facto mechanism for getting insights from data since its inception over 40 years ago. It even survived the Hadoop craze of the early 2010s! It’s not going anywhere, but – it’s also not perfect.

What if you could take object-oriented principles to make SQL more reusable and flexible? That is the focus of discussion for this session with Phil Hall, Enterprise Solution Engineer for Looker, as our presenter.
